The Den's 2008 Float

Many congratulations to the team who designed and built the float! Rick, Patrick, David, Karl, and John all had a hand in creating this float which snared the coveted "Best Float or Decorated Vehicle" award in the 2008 Fresno Rainbow Pride Parade!

These pictures don't really do the float justice (unfortunately, they had to be taken after the parade had ended). Imagine seeing a big, adorable bear's head trundling down Olive Avenue on an early June morning. As the giant head gets closer you can see that it's pulling a swimming pool with some of the hottest bears in town playing and squirting the crowd with water guns.
